the moment you sneeze and reach over for a ‘kleenex’ – where does your nose-saving box lie? i’m sure it’s not encased by such a wiredrawn, explosive gold sacked frame as beautiful as this – by incredible artist Julie Verhoeven. Artist is the word for her as she has done practically everything. She is known very well for her illustrations, but has also dabbled in fashion design…she is eloquent in her artistic representations and whatever she produces, just can’t be forgotten – and that most definitely goes for this. she’s a collector of what most would view as ‘junk’ but i adore as well and call them those ‘classic finds’ – vintage if you will. it’s just a tissue box case – simple enough, but she brought the shine and glamour to it…gets you thinking about the ordinary finds just hanging about you.
